1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the DHYAS AI mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Account Registration and OTP Login

To access our services, you must register for an account using a valid mobile phone number.

• OTP Authentication: We use a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to verify your identity and log you into the app safely. You agree to provide a current and active mobile number.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the OTPs sent to your device. Any activity originating from your account will be deemed your responsibility. Do not share your OTP with anyone.

3. Use of Services

DHYAS AI provides daily marketing graphics, model video ads, and customized digital assets. You agree to use these assets strictly for your brand promotion and will not use our platform to generate illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

4. Intellectual Property

All finalized graphics and videos provided to you through your subscription or package are licensed for your commercial use. However, the underlying technology, app software, AI models, and DHYAS AI branding remain the exclusive property of DHYAS AI.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services require payment or a subscription. By selecting a daily plan or specialized event package, you agree to pay the associated fees. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

DHYAS AI provides the app "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including interruptions in OTP delivery caused by telecom operators.
